What Are We Going To Do For The Two Days?

It's not an event. It's a workshop - at my office in Scottsdale, Arizona. Expect zero motivational talks. Meaning - we get tactical. On day one, we break down and get real on your numbers, and how we fast track growth, stabilize new member acquisition, and growth frameworks we use for "high return" decision making. On day two, we split into small groups and work directly on your business. You’ll rotate through sessions - each focused on marketing, sales, operations, profit, and strategy - so you get personalized, high-level help tailored to your gym.

The aim is simple: you walk away with 3–5 tactical next steps you can implement immediately. We will breakout into groups and work together to tailor the guidance to your business size, goals, and leadership style. This is hands-on help, focused entirely on your biggest challenges. And you leave with a thick packet of key takeaways, frameworks, and strategies to use long after the workshop is over.

How Much Are Tickets?

Tickets are $1,500 per seat . This does two things: It keeps the room high quality — you’ll be meeting and working alongside real gym owners who are actually doing business. If you haven’t made at least $1500 from our content so far, don’t come. If you have, there’s a strong chance we can help you go much further — faster.

When Should I Arrive and Depart?

We recommend arriving the Wednesday night before the event at the latest, and fly home no sooner than 8pm Friday night to allow for the event to commence and time to get to the airport, make it through security and board your flight. This time of the year is beautiful in Scottsdale, and has become a destination for this time of the year for many. If you're looking to make a vacation of your "business trip" then extend through the weekend and leave Sunday or Monday so you can enjoy the weekend here. There is a lot to do and lots happening around town.

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is less than 15 minutes away. You can take a Taxi, Uber, Lyft, or a Waymo (driverless cars!) to get here from PHX Airport.

How Should I Pack & Dress?

For the event itself, the requested attire is Smart Casual or business casual. No gym attire, come looking like a business owner and ready to take this business workshop seriously. Late January in Phoenix offers mild, pleasant winter weather, perfect for outdoor activities, with average daytime highs in the mid-to-high 60s°F (around 18-20°C) and cooler nights dipping into the mid-40s°F (around 6-8°C), requiring light jackets or sweaters for mornings/evenings but sunny days for exploring. Expect lots of sunshine and very little rain, making it ideal for hiking, golfing, or desert botanical garden visits. Layering is key for a late January visit.   Daytime: T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, and light pants or jeans are suitable. Evening: Bring a light jacket, sweater, or fleece for the cooler nights and mornings. Essentials: Don't forget sunscreen and sunglasses, as the desert sun is strong year-round.

Is there an age limit to attend?  There is no age limit to attend. If you are under 18 years old, however, you must attend with a legal guardian. Can I bring my baby/kids? No, this Event is not appropriate for young children in the event space. Of course, your family is welcome to do whatever they would like outside of the event and the general Old Town Scottsdale area is a great for families to go out on foot while you participate in the event. If you have a unique circumstance and you need to bring your child, please contact us and we will consider your request. Does the venue offer free parking? Yes, but it is very limited, it is recommended to take an uber, walk, or be dropped off, if the lot fills up you may have to park in the street or another lot adjacent to the venue which may have time limits. Are pets allowed in the Event? No pets are allowed in the event space. Is SWAG included for the event? YES! We put a lot of effort in to commemorating our event with amazing swag. We do something unique for every event, hats, shirts, notebooks, pens, backpacks, and books are just a few of the things the past event SWAG included. Will I be guaranteed to sit in the Mainevent space? Yes, every paid ticket will have an assigned seat in the main event space. What happens if the Event is unable to happen due to an unlikely "Force Majeure" event? If due to any type of outside event beyond our control, if we are unable to hold a live event, we will either reschedule or your ticket will be converted into a Virtual Ticket, where you will have an amazing Virtual Experience! This is unlikely to happen, but circumstances like previous travel shutdowns have us prepared.
